They Switched your Judges right at the last minute! They claim Rachel Carnesale was sick for weeks and we couldn’t wait! They gave you David Emerson! A retired yt racist! That only hands out Max sentences, like we are fools! Yall set this all up!! Let’s talk about consistency. Judge Emerson instructed the jury not to base their verdict on emotion or sympathy. He made it clear that feelings were not supposed to decide my son’s fate. Yet during the DA’s closing, jurors were visibly crying. So help me understand — how do you separate emotion from a verdict when the courtroom was emotionally charged? Then at sentencing, Judge Emerson stated that he determined my son showed “no remorse” and factored that into his decision. No remorse for what? My son exercised his constitutional right to remain silent. He sat respectfully. He did not disrupt the court. He did not speak out of turn. He did not perform for sympathy. Silence is not arrogance. Silence is not disrespect. Silence is not guilt. And let’s be clear — a person who maintains their innocence does not owe a performance of remorse for something they did not do. Remorse implies admission. You cannot punish someone for refusing to confess to something they believe they did not commit. You cannot tell a jury not to be emotional… and then justify a sentence based on perceived emotion. Consistency matters. Fairness matters. Constitutional rights matter. This isn’t about feelings. It’s about principle. #JusticeForRandyKingJr #DueProcess #FairTrial #FactsOverEmotion
