Just heard about Monique Lockett, a dedicated SSA vet who sadly passed amidst a wave of stress in the federal workforce. Her sister says Monique was super anxious about job cuts and agency changes under Musk’s new efficiency department. Apparently, loads of federal employees are feeling unheard and insecure about their jobs. Heartbreaking to think stress might’ve played a part in her passing. 😔 Worth chatting about how employees are coping with these changes.
