Ingredients: 2 naan or flatbread pieces 1 cup cooked sliced chicken ½ cup Caesar dressing 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 cup chopped romaine ¼ cup parmesan Black pepper Olive oil Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush each flatbread with a little olive oil. Top with mozzarella and chicken slices. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are crisp and the cheese melts. While it bakes, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and parmesan. When the flatbreads come out of the oven, pile the dressed salad on top. Finish with fresh black pepper.
