The “Kid Won’t Eat Veggies” Trick

My kid can sniff out broccoli like a drug dog. Won’t touch it. But… he loves pasta. So I blend spinach into the pasta sauce. Just toss spinach, garlic, olive oil, and a little parmesan into a blender—it turns into this bright green sauce that looks like it belongs in a cartoon.
