Anyone Actually Get Hungry Customers from Nextdoor?

Serious question for the food folks here: has anyone actually seen real results from posting about your restaurant or home bakery on Nextdoor? I keep seeing posts about lost cats and suspicious vans, but not much about people looking for a killer bánh mì or homemade tiramisu. I tried a couple of posts about my dumpling pop-up, and all I got were DMs asking if I deliver to the next neighborhood over (I don’t) or if I can make them gluten-free (I can’t, sorry Susan). Is it just me, or does Nextdoor feel more like a digital neighborhood watch than a place to get hungry locals in the door? Would love to hear if anyone cracked the code, or if I should just stick to Instagram reels of cheese pulls. Anyone got success stories, or is it all just lost pet alerts and HOA drama? #FoodMarketing #Nextdoor #SmallBusiness #Food #Foodie
