And thinking about Dad's life then... he was a full-time flight attendant, a landlord overseeing about six tenants, raising four kids, and battling Stage 4 kidney cancer for six long years. Seriously, what the heck?! His resilience was nothing short of superhuman.
Oh, how I wish he were still here today...(And honestly, a treehouse like that in Los Angeles, where I grew up, would probably rent for a grand a month now, haha!)
