Should I Tip My Furniture Delivery Crew?
Let’s be real—furniture delivery is TOUGH work! 😅 I used to wonder if I should tip, but now I always do. Here’s what I’ve learned:
• Tipping isn’t required, but it’s super appreciated! ❤️
• Delivery fees usually don’t go to the workers. 🙈
• If they just drop it at your door, no tip needed (unless you want to leave one).
• For simple deliveries, I give $5–$10 per person.
• Big, heavy, or tricky deliveries? $10–$20 each is fair.
• If they battle stairs, bad weather, or assemble stuff, I tip even more!
• No cash? I offer water, snacks, or a bathroom break. (Trust me, they love it!)
• Always hand cash to each worker—makes it easy for everyone.
If they can’t accept tips, a genuine thank you goes a long way. 🙏 I just want to show my appreciation for their hard work. Next time you get that new couch, you’ll know exactly what to do!
