Don't Skip the House Inspection
Hey guys, real talk here... someone needs to hear this! So, I just moved into my very first home (yay!), and let me tell ya, skipping a thorough house inspection is a HUGE no-no. I know, I know, it's tempting to save a few bucks but trust me, that's a rookie mistake. I thought everything looked fine until the plumbing took a nosedive two weeks in. I swear, I had no idea how expensive and frustrating unexpected home repairs could be. I mean, now I'm basically besties with my plumber, Dave (who's awesome, BTW). But seriously, get that inspection! It's worth every penny to avoid those post-move-in headaches. Life lesson learned, folks.
