Stressed? Here’s How I Make a Plan That Works!
Ever feel like life’s a mess and you don’t know where to start? 🙈 I’ve SO been there! Here’s how I actually get my act together (and keep my sanity):
• I grab a notebook (or my phone) and jot down everything I need to do—appointments, goals, even time for a snack! 🍎
• I break my day into chunks, giving each task its own time slot. No more guessing what’s next!
• Every hour or so, I pause and check: Did I actually do what I planned? If not, I reset and move on. No guilt!
• At the end of the day, I review what worked (and what totally flopped 😅). That way, I get better at planning each time.
• For bigger life stuff, I list out the roles I play (like friend, artist, or parent) and what I WANT to be. Then I set real goals—with deadlines!
• When I hit a problem, I dig for the real issue, brainstorm fixes, and write out a step-by-step plan. I keep it visible so I don’t forget!
Honestly, planning’s not magic, but it’s changed my life. ❤️
