Our neighbors won't stop pouring grease down the drain

This is the second time this has happened and I am losing my mind. My new neighbors upstairs keep pouring grease down their drain and it clogs up everything below. Our sinks fill up with this disgusting, slimy water that we have to scoop out before it overflows onto the floor. The last time this happened, the management company had to work on the drains for weeks. They warned everyone that if it happened again, they would raise the rent for the entire building to cover the damages. We are all going to have to pay because of this. One of our neighbors already tried talking to them about it, but they just denied they were doing it. And here we go again. I don't know what to do because the office is closed until Tuesday. Does anyone have advice on how to handle a situation like this?
