Why Is Job Hunting a Nightmare Now?

Every time I try to apply for a job, I feel like I’m fighting a losing battle against some ancient computer system that just wants to eat my resume and spit out a rejection in record time. I spend hours tweaking keywords, only to get a “no thanks” email before I’ve even had a chance to blink. And don’t get me started on the expectations—apparently, I’m supposed to be a master of everything, even if the software I’m supposed to know only came out last year. But if I don’t have those magical two years of experience, I’m out of luck. Meanwhile, loyalty is a one-way street, and pay raises are just a myth. I’m honestly at my wit’s end.
