Grief made me stop caring about weight loss. Now I’m trying to come back.

I lost control of my eating after my oldest friend passed away. He had cancer, and I flew home just in time to say goodbye. I’ve been studying abroad, juggling school, a report, the funeral, the guilt. And food? I just didn’t care anymore. Now I feel stuck. I want to get back on track, but I also don’t want to ignore the grief.
