When Your Cat Judges You With That Look
Ever notice how pets have a way of making you question your entire existence with just one look? My cat, Luna, has mastered the art of the head tilt. I’ll be mid-rant about work, or trying to explain why I’m eating cereal for dinner (again), and she’ll just tilt her head, eyes wide, as if she’s genuinely concerned for my life choices.
It’s both adorable and slightly insulting. Like, yes Luna, I know I haven’t folded my laundry in two weeks. No, I don’t need your silent judgment right now. But then she’ll blink slowly, tilt her head again, and suddenly I’m convinced she’s the only one who truly understands me.
Honestly, if head tilts were a form of therapy, I’d be cured by now. Anyone else’s pet make them feel like they’re starring in a reality show called "What Are You Even Doing?"
