🐾 day 140 — she brought the toy back to me
We’ve played before, but it was always one-sided.
I’d toss her giraffe, she’d walk over… then lie down with it.
Today, something changed.
I threw the toy, not expecting much.
But Grace picked it up, turned back—and brought it to me.
She didn’t drop it right away. Just stood there, looking.
Like she was asking, “Is this right?”
I smiled and said, “Yes, baby. That’s perfect.”
And finally, she let it go.
We only played twice.
But she started the third one all by herself.
