HEALTH HAZARD ALERT: Biohazard Conditions Reported at Tinton Falls Extended Stay PUBLIC HEALTH ALERT: ESA MIDDLETOWN PROPERTY-WIDE INFESTATION AND LINEN HAZARD LOCATION: 329 Newman Springs Rd, Red Bank/Middletown, NJ 07701 PRIMARY CONCERN: Room 307 and Hallways THE VIOLATIONS: • Widespread Infestation: Documented property-wide presence of ants and roaches, concentrated on the 3rd floor near Room 307. • Sanitation Failure: Management is storing clean linens in plastic bags in infested common hallways. This allows pests to travel on/around the bags, compromising the hygiene of the linens before they even enter a room. • Ongoing Negligence: This property is under DOJ and NJ Attorney General record for habitability failures. Management continues to leave supplies in high-traffic, infested areas instead of secure, pest-free storage. "I am reporting a property-wide pest infestation and improper storage of clean linens in infested hallways at the ESA on Newman Springs Rd. Room 307. This is a health hazard for all residents."
