Why MyChart's Making Me Crazy!
I gotta vent about this MyChart madness. I'm all for tech in healthcare, but can we please get our shit together? During my hospital stay, I thought, 'Great, MyChart will keep everything organized.' WRONG. I've spent hours trying to log in, just to end up locked out half the time. Isn't technology supposed to make life easier, not give me more headaches?Docs say, 'Check MyChart for updates,' while I'm like, if I could get in, maybe I would! It's this constant back-and-forth with support, and it's so friggin' frustrating. I just wanna scream: HOW IS THIS SUPPOSED TO HELP ME?!The whole experience makes you wonder if it's more about the tech or about actually caring for patients.
