How Do You Find the Courage to Ask Someone Out?

I see a lot of cute people and honestly, I wish I could just walk up and ask them out. But it feels so weird to do that out of the blue, especially when I don’t even know them. My confidence just isn’t there yet, and I always end up overthinking it. Has anyone else felt this way? If you’ve ever taken the leap, how did you find the courage?
