Measles Is Back—Did We Lose Herd Immunity?

Measles cases are exploding in the US—over 930 so far this year, way up from last year. Experts say we might've lost herd immunity because not enough people are getting vaccinated (we're at 91%, but need 95%). Most of those getting sick are unvaccinated, and the outbreak is spreading fast, especially in Texas. Measles is super contagious and can be really dangerous, especially for kids.
