15 Non-English Speakers Added to My Kid's Class. Education is Dead.

My daughter's public school class filled up with 15 new, Spanish-speaking kids in two weeks. The teacher is spending half the day translating and managing basic communication. My daughter's (and other local students') learning has completely stalled.
