why i turned to natural medicine (my journey)

After an asthma attack from cleaning chemicals, I began exploring alternatives. This led me to essential oils, nutrition as medicine, and eventually naturopathy when my GP couldn't solve my chronic fatigue. What changed everything? Finding a practitioner who took time to be thorough—running tests others skipped and focusing on root causes like inflammation.
