He’s asking for $50,000 in Bitcoin up front.
In return, he says he’ll release the name.
Then he expects the remaining $50,000 after an arrest is made.
He claims he won’t withdraw the first payment until the suspect is taken into custody.
There’s another shift in tone.
He now says he will reveal the name of the “main individual.”
Main individual.
That wording raises eyebrows — because it suggests more than one person may be involved.
He also references Nancy’s current condition in the email.
