Kellie Melinda Williams, 31, was found dead on Hollywood Beach after investigators believe she was struck by a vessel while snorkeling near Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park in South Florida. According to investigators, two fishermen discovered Williams’ body after spotting her washed ashore.
