Warranty claim denied by AI… until I dragged it to the service center

My Dell laptop’s SSD was dying—files corrupting, freezing on boot. Their online support ran an “automated diagnostic” and proudly declared: “No issues found!” Tried to override it, but the AI wouldn’t approve an RMA without its own blessing. Finally drove to their authorized repair shop, showed them the crash logs in person. The tech took one look and went, “Yeah, that drive’s toast,” and processed the replacement on the spot.
