I watched a guy walk out of CVS with a bag full of stolen goods, and security did nothing.

Yesterday at the pharmacy, a guy cleared the shelves right in front of everyone and just walked out. The clerk told me, "Calling the police is useless. With no cash bail, he'll be out tomorrow anyway." Is this the "justice reform" we voted for?
