Finding Peace After Leaving Toxic Ideologies Behind

As a 22-year-old guy from Pakistan, I spent a lot of time online and got pulled into the redpill and manosphere spaces. At first, I thought I was just learning about self-improvement, but it ended up making me bitter and resentful, especially towards Western women. Looking back, I’m ashamed of those feelings. Now, after meeting amazing people online—many of them Western women—I realize how wrong my old biases were.
