Goose Rescue Drama: The Litter Problem

A goose in Birkenhead Park got totally tangled in 32 feet of fishing line and almost drowned—yikes! Luckily, an RSPCA hero jumped in and saved it, but this isn’t a one-off. Over a third of animal rescues from litter last year were because of fishing gear. Fishing line might look harmless, but it sticks around forever and can seriously hurt animals (and even your pets).
