After 9 Years, I Love Him But I'm Not IN LOVE Anymore 💔
Last night, I sat on our couch watching him play video games for the third hour straight, and it hit me like a truck 😔 We've been together for nine years, have three beautiful kids together (ages 16, 13, and 5), but somewhere along the way, we became roommates instead of lovers.
Ever since I started working evenings, we barely talk beyond "How was your day?" When we do watch movies, we sit on opposite ends of the sofa like strangers 💔 No hugs, no random compliments, no spark. Just... existing in the same space.
We have a family vacation planned, but I'm torn. I love him as the father of my children, but that butterflies-in-your-stomach feeling? Gone 😢 The thought of being alone terrifies me, especially with childcare concerns for my youngest.
