• I test my memory daily—grocery lists, poems, or even drawing maps from memory. It’s fun!
• I notice tiny details (like that new paper cut on a friend’s hand). Makes me feel like Sherlock Holmes. 🕵️♂️
• Crosswords? Yes, please! They’re my go-to brain workout.
• I pick up new hobbies—learning guitar, painting, or even a new recipe. Keeps my brain on its toes!
• Socializing isn’t just for extroverts. I push myself to connect with others and always learn something new.
• I switch up my routine—new routes, new foods, new experiences. Keeps things fresh!
• When my thoughts spiral (catastrophizing, anyone?), I pause and challenge them. Most things aren’t all-or-nothing!
• I eat brain food (hello, spinach and avocados!), get my 8 hours, and exercise regularly.
