When Routine Becomes a Cage: Searching for Meaning in the Everyday
Every day feels like a loop I can’t escape. I work from home, waking up at 7:30 am, clocking out at 4:30 pm. Most days, I just lay in bed for 40 minutes, exhausted and convincing myself not to quit. Fruit and half a protein shake, then straight to the gym. Dinner is always at the same spot, headphones on, YouTube playing. By the time I’m home, it’s 8:30 pm. Shower, skincare, internet until my head hurts, then sleep—poorly. My body and skin look great, but inside, I feel empty. Anyone else feel like they’re just going through the motions?
