Is It Normal to Fear for Your Baby’s Safety After 11 Months?

Even as my baby approaches their first birthday, I still find myself gripped by an unshakable fear that something could happen to them. It’s a quiet anxiety that creeps in during the night or when I see them sleeping so peacefully. I thought these worries would fade as my confidence grew, but sometimes, the fear feels just as strong as it did in those early newborn days. I know I’m not alone—so many parents have shared similar stories of lingering anxiety. Maybe it’s just part of loving so deeply. Have you experienced this too? How do you cope with these feelings? Share your thoughts below—let’s support each other through this journey. #PostpartumJourney #ParentingAnxiety #MotherhoodUnfiltered #Parenting

How do couples have more than 1 kid?

Lately, I've been wondering... how do people survive raising more than one child? My partner and I are navigating life with our 8-month-old, and we are exhausted down to our bones. Yesterday pushed us to our limits — our daughter battled a fever and cried non-stop for 24 hours, not just fussing but full-on terror. Both of us, working jobs (my partner freelances), ended the day completely shattered. That night, we cried too. I even had a panic attack. We dream of having more children someday, but honestly, right now it feels impossible.Maybe this is my desperate whisper into the void — does it really get easier? How do you survive, keep loving, and stay sane through it all?If you’ve walked this road, your words could mean the world. 🌿How did you find the strength during your hardest parenting moments? Postpartum Body Changes: Any Tips for Loose Skin?

It’s been 9 months since giving birth — my weight is almost back to where it was before pregnancy, but my stomach just isn’t the same. During pregnancy, I gained about 22kg (around 48 pounds), and even after working really hard, the loose skin on my belly has been tough to accept emotionally. I used to have a flat, toned stomach, so seeing these changes has been a real adjustment. Right now, I do mat Pilates three times a week, and I just had my first Thermage treatment to help tighten the skin. I also tried CO2 laser sessions for stretch marks, which surprisingly helped! There’s definitely some progress, but I still feel like I’m not quite where I want to be. If anyone has tips — treatments, supplements, skincare routines — I’d really love to hear what worked for you. 💬 #PostpartumJourney #BodyAfterBaby #SelfLove #PostpartumRecovery #SkinTightening #RealBodiesRealStories #MotherhoodUnfiltered #StrongNotPerfect
