My wife used to think she could never lose the weight. She was stuck at 230 lbs and frustrated. So I stepped in to help. We got her to 200. Then she said, "There's no way I’ll hit 190." We hit 190. Then 180. Eventually… she crushed her goal and landed at 135. Was it easy? No. Did we eat some Big Macs and pizza along the way? Absolutely. But here’s what I learned: it’s not about being perfect.
