South Lake Tahoe 3 Days 2 Nights Travelogue🚗
Day 1
Arrived at Lake Tahoe around 3pm and headed straight to Emerald Bay State Park.
🔹Inspiration Point, a viewpoint overlooking Lake Tahoe, I was surprised when I got off the bus.
🔹Sugar Pine State Park, you need to buy a ticket for $10 to enter the park, this park is so nice to see! Loved the little wooden bridge. The railroad tracks that extend into the water are located in this park, and when I arrived I realized that the tracks are for boats to get into the water...interesting!
🔹Emrald Bay State Park, just wandered around a bit, didn't feel as nice as Sugar Pine State Park.
🔹 Eagle Falls, it's a small trail, we walked for ten minutes to see the small waterfalls to play in the water and then went to eat dinner
🍛 Dinner Orchid's Authentic Thai Cuisine, his Duck fried rice is very flavorful, personally I think it is better than the Duck fried rice in the South Bay, Pumpkin Curry is also good, but you need to order the rice separately.
Day 2
Originally I wanted to go to Sand Harbor, but I couldn't find a parking space when I arrived at the place, so I drove on, then I saw a parking entrance and turned into it! I got the biggest surprise of this Tahoe trip!
🔹 is the Tahoe East Shore Trail, before doing the guide did not see any friends recommend this trail, but it is too beautiful, repaired in the lake can hiking can biking, the road is very new and clean no dirt, there are a number of small turnoffs go down to the lake. This trail is the top1 in my heart, the biggest surprise of this Tahoe trip, next time I will come back!
🔹Hevenly Gondola, Adults gondola check fare $63, gondola ➕coaster fare $93. Take the gondola to the midway must get off, there is a viewpoint can be overlooking the entire Lake Tahoe from a high place.
There is a viewpoint where you can see the whole Lake Tahoe from a high place. There is a rock climbing at the top, and you can also take other small gondolas in this snow park.
🍣 Dinner at Harumi Sushi, a moderate meal. When we go out and don't know what to eat we usually go for Thai or sushi because it's definitely not too bad.
🔹 after dinner went to Secret Cove Nude Beach, the car parked in Chimney Beach Parking, get off the car and walk a long distance Doshi's trail to nude beach, the sign says Clothing optional and No staring!
Day3
🔹 8.30am check in to go rowing Clearly Tahoe's transparent boat, one and a half hours Guided tour, after the end of the return trip!
