Living around kids is a massive test of my patience!

The noise levels from the kids in my building have reached a point where I can't even relax in my own space. Between the constant running in the unit above me and the screaming in the hallways, it feels like I’m living in a playground. I understand that kids need to be kids, but it seems like there’s zero effort from the parents to manage the volume.
