Picnic in the Northway median? Only in Albany!

A couple turned heads in Albany by setting up a full-on picnic—complete with a TV tray and stuffed animal—right in the grassy median of the Northway. Traffic crawled for miles as drivers slowed to take in the unusual scene, with some even snapping photos. While it might sound like a quirky way to spend a lunch break, parking or lounging in a highway median is actually illegal and can be dangerous.
