FedEx Is Demanding My 81-Year-Old Dad Pay $327 For Two Bolts

My 81-year-old dad was just trying to fix my sister's lawnmower. He needed two very specific bolts so he ordered them online from the UK. After waiting a long time for the package to arrive, he got a surprise invoice from FedEx for about ten dollars. He went ahead and paid it even though the shipping was supposed to be free. Then today he got a fifteen-page past due notice from FedEx demanding he pay over $327. The document says his past due balance is $327 but also lists the total for the invoice as only ten dollars. It makes no sense. I can only guess that the online vendor owes FedEx this money and my dad got stuck with the bill. He's old school and has been trying to deal with this through snail mail which is not working. I am completely lost on how to deal with this. Any advice would be much appreciated. #FedEx #CustomerService #BillingIssues #ScamAlert #HelpNeeded #ElderlyStruggles #OnlineShopping

Bro ordered a bumper and got a yoga mat instead 💀😂

Just saw a video where this guy bought a truck bumper online… and what showed up looked like a rolled-up yoga mat. 😂😂 I legit thought it was a prank or a straight-up scam. But actually he leaves it out in the sun, and slowly the thing starts relaxing and reshaping itself into an actual bumper. Turns out this is actually normal for some aftermarket bumpers. A lot of them are made from flexible thermoplastics like polypropylene or ABS, and they get shipped rolled up to save on shipping costs. Once they’re warmed up (sunlight works great), they go back to their intended shape. Pro tip though: while this hack works, experts warn that reshaping them the wrong way might create stress points that can crack later on. So maybe don’t go full DIY unless you know what you’re doing 😅 #Cars #OnlineShopping #Bumper #CarLife #CarMods

where to get clothes online— for cheap!

many people in this day and age struggle when it comes to finding affordable clothes. today,, i shall be showing you how to get clothes for a cheaper price! (without donating to fast fashion, of course!) (fast fashion like temu and shein is just. bad btw) (they got unpaid child labor makin’ ya clothes!) okay so first is: online thrifting. I LOVE DEPOP!!!! depop is HEAVILY encouraged if you want to find cheap clothes online. they even got other stuff, like books and cds!!! and pins and accessories!! poshmark, mercari, and vinted are also really good!! i personally don’t use them as much but they are also reccomended by me because well,, yeah!!! they got some good stuff if you look hard! now last on the list is ebay and etsy, as they are mostly used for buying crafts from small artists, or rare little trinkets that cost wayyyy too much. but they’re still reccomended if you need some clothes! you might be able to find some ^_^ of course, if none of this works, temu and shein can be used as a last resort, though please be mindful and try not to use it as much— for the reason why everything is so cheap on there is because of unpaid child labor in another country. but i can’t control your lives so,, you do what you need TL;DR 1. Depop 2. Poshmark 3. Mercari 4. Vinted 5. Ebay 6. Etsy and as a last resort, temu and shein (though there is child labor involved with those, so be mindful) #MoneyHacks #MoneyMoves #SavingMoney #OnlineShopping #Thrifting
