What’s the Weirdest Thing Your Pet Fears?

Okay, so my dog has this ongoing beef with... his own tail. I wish I was kidding. He’ll be chilling, all zen, then suddenly catch a glimpse of his tail wagging and act like he’s just seen a ghost. Cue the spinning, barking, and dramatic leaps across the living room. I tried to intervene once, thinking maybe he’d gotten something stuck. Nope. Just pure, unfiltered terror at the appendage he’s had his whole life. It’s gotten to the point where I have to warn guests: “If you see him chasing his tail, just let him work through it.” Honestly, pets are such drama queens.
