I Beat Scam Calls—Here’s How You Can Too!
Ever get a call from a number you don’t know? 😅 I used to freak out every time! But now, I’ve got a system that keeps me safe (and sane). Here’s what I do:
• If my phone rings ONCE and stops—nope, I don’t call back. That’s usually a scam! 🙈
• I always check the area code. If it’s weird or international, I skip it.
• No message? No call back. If it’s important, they’ll leave one!
• I use reverse lookup sites to check sketchy numbers.
• If I see weird charges on my bill, I call my carrier ASAP. Don’t be shy—they deal with this all the time!
• I block unknown/restricted numbers using my phone settings. It’s a lifesaver!
• I only call back numbers I KNOW or can verify. If someone says they’re my bank, I call the number I have saved, not the one they give me.
