Every must know: the basics of Pilates Reformer⭐️

First, the footbar. Adjust it to the right height based on your exercise. For legwork, a higher bar gives you more leverage, while a lower one increases the challenge. Push through your heels and engage your core as you extend your legs. Next, the carriage. It glides smoothly along the rails, thanks to the springs. The springs provide resistance; the more you add, the harder the workout. For beginners, start with just one or two springs. As you get stronger, increase the tension. Don’t forget the straps. They’re perfect for arm and leg exercises. Hold them firmly and keep your movements controlled. Whether you’re pulling or pushing, your core should always be engaged. Finally, the resistance bands. These add an extra layer of challenge. Loop them around your feet or hands and feel the burn. They’re great for targeting smaller muscles and improving stability. #Pilates #PilatesFocus #Workout #GirlsSports

It is not recommended for men to enter the Pilates industry. The reason is very simple!

All those who practice Pilates are women. There are differences in body structure between men and women. Male teachers do not place their hands on members, making it difficult for them to correct their movements. However, many women, especially married women and their families, are very concerned about this. Nowadays, it is very difficult for male Pilates instructors to find jobs. Even if they are already very professional, there are still many venues that do not recruit male Pilates instructors. In terms of remuneration, I advise new men not to enter this industry again. However, this does not mean that men themselves cannot teach Pilates. Being flexible and adaptable in teaching, maintaining a safe distance, and creating a good training atmosphere are what every Pilates teacher and student should do! #Pilates #PilatesGirl #DiscriminationAtWork

As a beginner in Pilates for weight loss, my thoughts and suggestions!

First of all, Pilates is really hard work. You sweat a lot. The next day after each practice, your muscles are sore and aching, as if you've been beaten all over. If you are sensitive to pain, be cautious about trying pilates classes 😂 Second, practicing Pilates helps me lose weight. It's not because Pilates really burns calories, but because those who do Pilates are all skinny beauties! There are a lot of slim Asian girls and many of the teachers are Asian. Everyone is very beautiful. The contrast between myself and them in the mirror is too great. I have a lot of fat and can't help eating less 😂 That's about it. I'll keep going until I reach a satisfactory weight! #Pilates #PilatesNewbie #LoseWeight
