Sherry Berger+FollowI can only use the lightest springs!I can only use the lightest springs when I do Pilates. My instructor always says I'm a bit too fit and encourages me to gain some muscle and weight. 😂 #Pilates #PilatesLife #GainWeightAndBuildMuscle 10Share

Tinaaaa💫🧘+FollowPilates studio shopping? what to look for?On the hunt for a great Pilates studio but not sure where to start? Don't just pick the closest one simply! 1. Check instructors' quantity and their certifications: I would suggest at least 6 teachers in the studio. Less teachers not only mean less choice, but also more classes to teach for each teacher, which super affects the teaching quality. 2. Class sizes (smaller = more attention!) 3. Equipment quality: whether they have enough professional equipments. And, whether the equipments works well. The newer, the better! 4. Overall vibes: This is a little bit personal. Everyone has different preference. So remember to follow your heart! Your body deserves proper instruction and a space that motivates you! Aaron Smith+FollowWhat exercise do you do alongside Pilates?I have been practicing Pilates for a long time. At first, I did it quite frequently, but now I only practice it 1-2 times a week (3 times, if I run into a big feast party) But now I feel a bit bored and want to change my sport. Are there any other sports similar to Pilates? Or are they not similar but can still exercise the body? It would be best if it were more interesting! #Pilates #PilatesLife #Sports #GirlsSports 30Share
Tinaaaa💫🧘+FollowWhy posture checks come first in pilates? As a 6 years' pilates teacher, I have to say that posture checks first are sooooooo important! Never skip this crucial first step. Posture assessment reveals your lifestyle habits, prevents wasted training time, and helps me build your personalized Pilates roadmap. Without this foundation, we're just exercising blindly. Trust me - those 15-30 minutes of assessment(done by Professionals) will transform your entire Pilates journey! #pilateslife #posturefirst #movementjourney #pilatesinstructor #fitnesstips40Share
