Choosing the Right Garden Soil: What Every Plant Parent Should Know 🌱

did i accidentally hack tulip growth with air conditioning??

I’m here with a little experiment I did without even realizing it. Bought 10 bulbs this year, and I planned to grow 5 in soil, but when I found that last year’s potting mix turned to dust, I had to improvise and water-propagate all of them instead. Here’s the twist: I just left them in my room, added some nutrients to the water, and completely forgot about them. I’m a night owl, so my room is super dark with thick blackout curtains, and the AC is always on since it’s been hot. Turns out—this accidental setup might be the best thing that happened to my tulips! In under 2 weeks, those bulbs shot up faster than last year’s soil-grown ones. The ones I left outside the room barely grew, but once I moved them into my air-conditioned, dark room with me, they started to catch up. Now I’m super excited for them to bloom—hoping they turn out as gorgeous , but this time, in blue! 🌷✨ #tulipgrowthhack #plantparentlife #indoorgardening
