My Friend's "Tests" of Our Friendship​

My friend has this strange way of "testing" our friendship. I'm not sure if it's her sensitive nature or just her playful side, but she often puts me through some maddening scenarios. Last Wednesday night, I was all set to go to bed after getting ready for the night. Then, out of nowhere, she called me, claiming she was drunk and needed me to pick her up. Without hesitation, I threw on some clothes and rushed out. But when I got there, she wasn't drunk at all! I was a bit upset, but she just laughed it off as a joke.
