I'm in My Late 30s but My Skin Looks 70. Is There Any Hope?

I'm in a pretty rough spot and hoping for some advice. For years, I did everything wrong when it came to my skin. I never wore sunblock, I drank too much caffeine, and I had a lot of health problems that were not helping. But in the last six months alone, the situation has gotten so much worse. Looking in the mirror just makes me feel so much regret and shame. While I know my value isn't based on my looks, it's hard to deal with feeling like people treat you differently in the world based on your perceived age. I have definitely started wearing sunblock now. I also wash my face with a gentle cleanser. But I'm feeling so skeptical of most products and treatments out there. Does anyone have any advice or hope to share with me? I am looking for treatments that might actually work.
