My All-Time NASCAR Top 10
Been thinking about this one over a couple Lone Stars on the porch. Here’s MY personal NASCAR top 10. No fancy stats, just who made me jump off the couch or curse at the TV growing up.
1️⃣ Dale Earnhardt Sr. — The Intimidator. No one, and I mean no one, made my heart race (or stop) like Dale.
2️⃣ Jeff Gordon — Rainbow Warrior tore it up. Hated him as a kid ‘cause he kept beating my guys, but damn if he wasn’t good.
3️⃣ Tony Stewart — Old Smoke. Didn’t take crap from anybody, wheelman on any surface.
4️⃣ Dale Jr. — Not his dad, but brought NASCAR into a new era and carried the sport on his shoulders.
5️⃣ Jimmie Johnson — Seven-time. Made winning look boring (which is a compliment).
6️⃣ Rusty Wallace — Always a threat on short tracks.
7️⃣ Mark Martin — Clean racer, total class act. Should’ve been champ.
8️⃣ Kevin Harvick — Took over the 3 legacy, turned into a badass in his own right.
9️⃣ Carl Edwards — Backflips and always gave 110%.
🔟 Bill Elliott — Awesome Bill from Dawsonville. Fast, humble, and that Southern charm.
Yeah, I left some legends off. That’s what makes it fun. Who’s on your list?
