NBC4 reports two men — Samson Nacua (Puka Nacua’s brother) and Trey Rose, both 27 — were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of taking Lakers forward Adou Thiero’s SUV without his consent, per the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Deputies reportedly tracked the vehicle to the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood, where the suspects had valeted the car and entered the hotel. After reviewing security footage, law enforcement identified them and made arrests. It’s also unclear where/when the SUV was taken and reporting notes police said it wasn’t certain the car was “stolen” in the traditional sense — but both suspects were booked on taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and remained in custody at the time of the report.
