The post directly addresses student leaders who make careless jokes targeting individuals' weight, appearance, and sexual orientation. "Leadership is not a title, it's a full responsibility," the author writes, questioning how individuals can claim leadership while crossing boundaries of basic respect. The confession particularly criticizes soon-to-be uniformed officers and organization leaders who disguise immaturity as confidence.
