Ever felt stuck picking the right role model? 🙈 I’ve been there! Here’s what’s helped me find people who truly inspire me (and not just on paper): • I look for someone I actually know—real-life advice beats Instagram quotes any day! • I make a list of traits I want to grow into. Confidence? Kindness? Grit? You name it. • I check my own habits (yikes 😅) and see who’s already mastered what I’m working on. • I pick people who make me feel GOOD about being myself. No fakes allowed! • I don’t just go for the flashy “top performers.” Hard work and realness matter more than luck. • Sometimes, I choose someone totally different from me.
