Wondering if scalp oils really grow hair...or is it all vibes.

I keep seeing rosemary oil pop up everywhere for hair growth, and I'm honestly wondering if it's legit or just another TikTok trend. Lately I've been looking into a bunch of new hair products for my hair type, and so many of them claim to be "clinically proven." But then you read the tiny print, and it'll say something wild like "backed by a two-week study on 25 volunteers." Seriously? That hardly sounds "proven" to me. I'm always dealing with breakage, so I'm on the hunt for something that actually works...😢 What have you all tried that's actually made a difference for hair growth or strength?
