Robin Nichols+FollowSF | 'I Don't Live in Seasons' 🍉I had previously heard people explain their love for SF and the Bay Area by the fact that they can choose to experience different seasons there. In New York, you live through the changing seasons. In contrast, in the Bay Area, you can decide on the change in temperature. 'I don't live in seasons, I visit seasons' - What an interesting perspective shift! Last weekend, I visited East Bay and truly experienced summer heat 🔥. Then, returning to San Francisco was a consistent 18 degrees Celsius with intermittent cool breezes. But heading further south to the Peninsula, it was a slightly warmer 20-something degrees. For those in the Bay Area enduring the intense summer heat, why not head into the city a few times to cool off this weekend? 🧊 P.S. Don’t miss this Holy Virgin Cathedral - Orthodox Church❤️Located in SF Richmond, this stunning Russian-Orthodox Church is reportedly the largest of the six outside Russia - it's the No.1! As for the history and background of the Orthodox Church, feel free to Google, I'll just kinda zen out here [Blush]! Cost: Free to visit; parking is metered! Hours: Open from Tuesday to Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm, Sunday 12-4pm, closed on Monday! ⚠️ It's a place of worship, remember to stay quiet while taking pictures and touring! 📍Holy Virgin Cathedral 6210 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94121 #SF #HolyVirginCathedral #OrthodoxChurch #RussianOrthodox #BreathtakinglyBeautiful #SanFranciscoRichmond #No1OutsideRussia30Share
