Crispy Honey Garlic Shrimp (15-Minute Winner)
Shrimp dishes always get high engagement because they're quick, pretty, and feel “special” while still being easy.
Ingredients:
Shrimp (1 lb, peeled)
Salt & pepper
Cornstarch (½ cup)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
Honey (⅓ cup)
Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
Lemon juice (1 tsp)
Steps:
Pat shrimp dry, season with salt and pepper, and coat in cornstarch. Heat a pan with oil and sear shrimp until crispy on both sides; remove. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Let it bubble until thickened slightly. Toss shrimp back into the sauce and coat evenly.
Serve over rice, noodles, or salad. Takes 15 minutes but tastes like takeout.
