Never Ship Broken Frames Again!
I used to stress SO much about shipping picture frames 😅—one wrong move and, boom, shattered glass everywhere! But now, I’ve got a foolproof way to keep my frames safe. Here’s how I do it:
• I always use artist tape (never masking tape!) to cover the glass. If it breaks, the shards stick to the tape, not my art. 🙈
• For small frames, I make a star with tape. For big ones, I go full grid—extra protection!
• I wrap the frame in brown paper, then add cardboard corners. Those corners are lifesavers!
• I lay a cardboard sheet over the glass and wrap the whole thing in bubble wrap. If it’s super valuable, I double up on the bubble wrap. ❤️
• I grab a box just a bit bigger than my frame, pad it with more bubble wrap, and make sure nothing shifts inside.
• Finally, I seal the box tight and reinforce every edge with tape.
